Galati is a producer of Italian specialty cheeses, including ricotta, caciocavallo, puitri, bocconcini, proveletti, tuma, twist cheese, zoncolan, arabic cheese, mozzarella and mozzarella balls. All of our products are made from 100% milk, that comes from local dairy farmers. For the benefit of Galati customers parmesan and reggiano are imported directly from Italy and supplied on a regular basis. They are the only cheese manufacturer in southwestern Ontario and supply local pizzerias, delicatessens, and grocery stores.
